As the Matron of the Team, I am writing this request in order to Introduce you to my profession. I am an E-Entertainer who Supplies Real-Time Content to The New American Business Owner by use of video & audio mass produced across INTERNATIONAL E-Venues using a format which is Easily translated over various Socio-Economic Backgrounds. oh and I'm selling Luxury Cars Exclusively in Nigeria. We are here in Metropolitan Atlanta for Many reasons but the Most urgent is to assist in The location of My Grandson who was kidnapped by his other Family and The Universe keep pulling us here for more reasons which cant be explained in words at this moment.

Our Livelihood is in jeopardy in the current area where we reside because we are located in an area of destitution where the Property Manager Disrespects Every Human Being on his property unless they are giving him his Prize  as Women and his Fix as men whatever it May be... Where the sewage is leaking from the toilet line under the Living space and the carpets are accumulating Mold by the Moment. And finally where The advertisement in the Thrifty nickle says 2 chairs and 1 table and the chair we have is broken. Are you serious @almost 775 a month in weekly payments on renewal date, under 300 sqft w/ all utilities excluding a sometimes signal from Clear! As long as you can deal with the Urine Infested carpets, unsanitary Cleaning practices where in 2 out of 3 rooms they never wiped the blood, boogers or bile off the walls. Thats Ok Thanks DJ (@djhomerd) for that bottle of HOSPITAL ONLY DISINFECTANT. They need to start all over and get a Better Solution for his Cleaning before placing people in rooms which are against Health Codes in this Municipality! 

Its takes everything in my fiber not to Say where this property is because if The Health Code Officials were to come in and Really Inspect without notice, There will be a multitude of Young Children and babies on the streets because they would have a limited amount of time to find somewhere else that would appreciate their hard earned money. However they GOT IT! DONT JUDGE The Books! So until we acquire the assets to purchase and renovate this Complex we will pass his Mean Ass on To Karma HERSELF!

We seek a weekly rental which can accomodate us. For a reasonable price. In addition to the agreed upon rental payments we can perform landscaping, painting, and design for your office, business, residences, and rooms.

STANDARD AUTO CREDIT...SELLS ROLLING DEATH TRAPS!

Emission check is compulsory in the U.S. You can sell a car that has not passed an emission check within the last 90 days. However, this car will not be allowed on the road. The vehicle must be sold as Non-Operational. The Department of Motor Vehicles must be notified, and the seller has to sign forms declaring the vehicle Non-Operational. To do this, you are required to notify the Department of Motor Vehicles and sign the forms to declare the vehicle as Non-Operational. The purchaser must also sign an agreement stating awareness of the vehicle’s status of Non-Operational. The vehicle is not allowed on the road again until it has been repaired and passed the required emission check.

this pops off while driving, reversing,parking..imagine being at a stoplight in rush hour traffic and your car is stuck in drive or reverse or neutral, how life threatening is that? THE MECHANIC FOR STANDARD AUTO CREDIT CLAIMED TO HAVE FIXED THIS TWICE!

If some of you will remember when I WAS SEARCHING for a vehicle, I considered Standard Auto Credit first simply because a Black man ran the office. SUPER STUPID MISTAKE!
Originally I decided to walk away because the car they offered was completely dated, in bad condition and should have been left at the junk yard they brought it from. 
So I returned months later seeking better options and found an old favorite on the lot. A PACIFICA, Keep in mind I LOVE THESE CROSSOVERS! and if you find one taken care of you have a great vehicle equipped with all the bells and whistles an ROTC mom can want!

Terrence assured me that he was driving this one before I purchased and it was in good shape. Another Really Stupid Mistake, believing the HOUSE NIGGA!
Lets talk about this Car! Oh and did I mention it WILL NOT PASS emissions? And they knew it because it was missing from the file when he pulled out all the purchasing paperwork. I go to the insurance company and they run a carfax report and tell me that I cannot get full coverage on this car because "IT WAS COMPLETELY TOTALLED OUT!"

HMM IT COULDNT BE BECAUSE THE SHIFT WIRE KEEPS POPPING OFF WHILE YOUR DRIVING. MAYBE THATS HOW IT WAS WRECKED.

Now I understand that sometimes shit happens,but when I call the office of Shitty Standard Auto Credit to tell them that once again the car won't start, The ABS light is on and off, and the brakes have failed to catch, all I hear is this is a new account, WHERE is our MONEY!
 Initially I want to say..LOOK BITCH! This FUCKIN CAR is a ROLLING DEATH TRAP that YOUR SORRY LYING ASS SALESPERSON, TERRANCE sold me, after I told him I will be transporting small children often.
but because I actually like KAY and shes just the messenger, I told her that they have no money because I HAVE NO CAR! 
So far Ive been towed 3 times, brakes failed 6 times, and I no longer can drive THIS piece of CRAP!
 YEAH YOU GOT ME FOR $1000. 
COME GET THIS PIECE OF SHIT AND ILL MAKE SURE NO ONE ELSE CAN EVER DRIVE IT AND PLACE THEIR LIVES IN DANGER!
OR FIX IT BUT I KNOW YOU WONT DO THAT, ITS ALREADY BEEN PROVEN, THE RUMORS ABOUT STANDARD AUTO CREDIT ARE TRUE!
THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED, THEY PREY ON THOSE WHO SEEK ASSISTANCE AND OVER PRICE TRASH!

"Money is the Root of all evil", how many times have you heard that? and Who have you heard it from? those who don't have any , right?

Truth is, Being without money is the root of all Evil! When people lack the ability to live Freely and do exactly what they want to do, They resort to evil tactics to make that change towards having more money.. meaning they do something extreme to get it! Which most likely results in a loss of money for those who have obtained financial leave-way. The business owners, the professional atheletes, the entertainers, the lawyers and the list goes on, in other words, those who appear to live the Good Life, like You!

That being explained...You have money to be Yourself with, and yet you still commit a crime against humanity? You kill your own humanity by not living, just existing in a perpetual series of schedules and meetings. Would you waste money on nothings and nomatters? Then why is your Money not giving you the life you drove yourself to find?

And furthermore, Could you honestly say that what you do for your money and with your money is for the Power of Good? Good Living?, Good Eating?, Good Sharing?, Good Loving? (chuckle, chuckle)

Is your money or lack there of affecting how you live?

Money can affect our lives in such a way that we loose focus, purpose and drive so we steadily cruise through life just being successful without true happiness or unsuccessful and wanting. Barely living merely existing...WHY?
"Its hard out here, tax cuts killing my bottom line, my dog is sick, my man gets in my way, my board of directors wont sign, my woman wont clean, my life-partner is selfish and unsupportive" All valid Excuses which you made up to Lie out of the ticket you deserved to get which will cost you Money.

The universe has charged you for parking on the DanceFloor and slammed the door on your foot! You have stopped driving your own Vehicle! Your Life is the vessel which your Soul has been given to travel in at this Point in Time! And its time you put YOUR KEYS into the ignition and start Driving Your Life Forward! Stop wasting Money on bad decisions! Stop being without Money. ASK ME MORE....
